A more thoughtful and sustainable approach to fitness.
A Different Perspective
What Coaching Looks Like Here
At its core, coaching is not just about workouts—it’s about building a relationship that helps you stay accountable, adjust as needed, and continue progressing over time.
The focus is on:
-
Helping you move better, not just harder
-
Building strength that supports everyday life
-
Creating habits you can maintain long-term
-
Providing guidance that evolves with you
Training Environment
In-person sessions are held at The Wilderness, a space designed to support both productivity and wellness. Clients participating in in-person training maintain an active membership at The Wilderness.

Meet Lydia

Lydia is the founder and coach of Bright Spot Coaching, where she takes a thoughtful, sustainable approach to fitness rooted in the belief that movement should feel good—not punishing—and that consistency matters more than intensity.
With a background in coaching and leadership, Lydia focuses on building strong relationships with her clients, offering guidance that is both personalized and adaptable. Her coaching style emphasizes mobility, functional strength, and long-term progress, ensuring each individual feels supported in a way that fits their life.
Living with a visual impairment has shaped Lydia’s perspective, strengthening her awareness of how differently people experience movement and reinforcing her ability to meet clients where they are. She created Bright Spot Coaching to offer a more supportive and sustainable alternative to traditional fitness—one that prioritizes community, accountability, and making coaching a true highlight in someone’s day.
